NAMELY
For each formula (camping, hostel, hotel), there is a same "day + night" rate up to the
6th day cumulative, and decreasing from the 7th and the 11th days
If you arrive the day before your 1st day of flight, you will be charged for an extra night
(see last column of tables)
Rates children from 1 to 6 years old : free, from 7 to 13 years old :-20% of the non-flying rate  |
PILOTS RATES
The following rates include :
Accommodation (+ breakfast in formula hotel)
Tourist tax
Presence and guiding from instructors
Transportation to the flying sites (including fuel)
Daily tax of access to flying sites (claimed by local managers)
Transportation to supermarket or grocery
Daily transportation to evening restaurant
Systematic replacement of non-flyable days by excursions
The following rates do not include :
Travel to Croatia (plane, bus, train, etc.)
Shuttle from / to airport
Liability insurance and individual accident insurance (please bring me a certificate of insurance!)
Breakfast (campground and resting-place)
Lunch (sandwich, meal...) and evening meal (restaurant on request)
Distant trips : National Parks of Plitvice and Risnjak, Tour in Slovenia

FOR EVERYBODY (pilots and non-flying)
Examples of rates :
* A pilot come 7 days with his non-flying wife, in formula resting-place. Total rate : 470 + 240 = 710 €
* A pilot come 10 days with his wife and his son of 15 years old, in formula hotel in a 3 beds room
Total rate : 790 € -15% : 671,50 AC + 295 € + 295 € = 1261,50 €
* 3 pilots come in a 3 beds room for 9 days.
Total rate for each pilot : 720 € -15% : 612 €
* 5 pilots + 3 non-flying people stay 6 days camping.
Individual pilot rate : (60 x 6 days) - 10% (group rate) = 360-36 = 324 €
Individual non-flying rate : (25 x 6 days) - 10% (group rate) = 150-15 = 135 €
Note :
* Buses from airports to Istria (Rijeka or Buzet) offer affordable prices.
We recommend to take them (see: itinerary)
For groups, or in difficult times, we propose a shuttle service with very reasonable prices,
so that you avoid excessive rates of local taxis

- Pula - bus and local airport (45 min) : 8 € / person / way
